I was born in Russia and as a child I didn’t realize I would eventually live the American dream. My journey began at age 10 when my life began to change and my family moved from Russia to Germany, my parent’s homeland, with no more than the clothes on our backs.
I then had the opportunity to join the school without any knowledge of the German language and I became bilingual at an early age. Later in life, upon completion of my apprenticeship in a foundry as a pattern maker and quickly moving up the management ladder in the foundry I learned many ways how to interact with different levels of management. This was an international company and eventually I was offered a role in a supervisor transfer program in the United States of America. I polished up on my English that I learned in high school, becoming multilingual, and started a new life in USA.
When arriving in United States of America I met my wife Kimberly and I enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University where I earned my Bachelors of Science in 1999 and then my MBA in Masters in Business Administration in 2002.
In 2004 I began investing in real estate. I went to real estate school to get my real estate sales license and then obtained my broker’s license shortly after. Through my career as a real estate professional I was involved in numerous transactions in residential and commercial real estate transactions helping clients navigate through purchase and sale of their property and protect their interests.
In 2012 our family decided to move to Georgia and I fell in love with the unique beauty and culture of Savannah and the greater area. After meeting with Dicky Mopper I immediately found a home with Mopper Kelly Realtors, now Engel & Völkers Savannah. Over the years, my passion for historic real estate has grown, and I now help clients in the greater Savannah area achieve their real estate goals through buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate.
