About Amy Gaido

Amy Gaido is a native of Texas who spent most of her life on Galveston Island.  Once she and her husband became empty-nesters, they headed for the mountains of Park City.  Amy is an avid hiker, life-long bibliophile, and excellent sous chef.

There is only one Park City and our local real estate market is truly unlike most markets in this country. The homes are luxurious, exquisite, and absolutely gorgeous. Therefore, selling them requires a unique set of skills, perspective, and approach.

As a homeowner looking for a change of scenery after the kids are gone, you deserve a partner that will hold your best interests and goals paramount to their own. Not to mention, you deserve an agent that understands the intense emotions surrounding the sale of your family’s home. You need a listing agent that can walk the walk just as much as they talk the talk.

Amy knows first-hand what it feels like to empty the nest and she knows what it takes to make this often challenging transition as easy and uplifting as it can be. When you hire Amy to list your Park City property and find one that makes sense for this new stage in life, she will listen with patience, guide with empathy, and advocate with conviction.

Here is what others say you can expect when you hire Amy as your real estate advisor:

"Amy is an unbelievable communicator.  She does an excellent job making sure those she works with understand all processes from beginning to end.  She is helpful, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and a great listener.  She asks pointed questions which prove to be extremely helpful in identifying needs and wants!  Amy brings top-notch communication and professionalism to the table each and every time!  I can't say enough good things about her!"
