About Amy Rowe

I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and learned from a young age the importance of family and solid midwestern values. I was surrounded by die-hard football fans, and I discovered a fierce loyalty to "team" and the significance of sportsmanship. All of this and my love for the solid midwestern values played a role in my becoming a student at Northwestern University, In so many ways, these values have followed me throughout my life with family, friends, in sports, and in my professional career. 

After college, I was a buyer for 30+ Polo/Ralph Lauren stores throughout the country from Honolulu to Boston and everywhere in between. I loved traveling to the stores, developing relationships with the sales teams, and supporting the unique needs of customers in each market. I learned there is no such thing as one size fits all, and that it is critical to be a good listener.

I am in real estate because I enjoy working with people, understanding their unique needs, and ultimately helping them live their best lives. I also enjoy renovating old houses, transforming them to meet the needs of the way we live today. I chose to affiliate with Engel & Völkers because of its prominent presence in both the domestic and international markets. I also value the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team with tremendous leadership in the luxury niche that it represents. While with Polo/Ralph Lauren, I learned the value of a strong brand. The Engel & Völkers brand embodies the definition of simple elegance.   

I am passionate about spending time with my family, first and foremost. My husband and I raised three children in the North Shore who are all in their 20s and still love coming home.  As a family, we are dedicated to dog rescue; it is truly rewarding to help place dogs in their new forever home, just as I enjoy helping my clients find their perfect home.
