Annie Mosbaugh Knapp is a lifelong northside Indianapolis resident, where she bought and renovated numerous homes before deciding to make real estate her career. A graduate of Brebeuf Preparatory School and Indiana University School of Journalism, Annie worked in television news for WISH-TV, then in media relations for numerous organizations, including The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and the Eiteljorg Museum. Her innate knowledge of Indianapolis’ north side neighborhoods makes her a great resource for those new to the area, and as a former journalist, constant communication with her clients is of the utmost importance.
Finding and decorating homes has been a constant joy in Annie’s life, and throughout her communications career, she often dreamed of becoming a realtor. “More than ever, especially in these times, our homes are our refuge, and I can’t think of anything better than helping people find the place that gives them and their families a respite from the world, a place where they can live their best lives,” Annie says. “Whether it’s a mansion or a cottage, right now, I think true luxury is having a place that one can call home and is filled with the things we love, and I’m thrilled to help my clients find that.”
After living in the Meridian Hills area (with a detour to the beautiful Butler-Tarkington neighborhood) all of her life, Annie now resides in Carmel's Village of WestClay with her two teen-age children and a westie-bichon. When she’s not with her real estate clients, you can find her reading, decorating, cooking, or trying the latest new restaurant.
