About Caroline

Throughout my ten years as a real estate broker, I have put my clients’ interests at the heart of each and every transaction I undertake on their behalf.  I understand this to mean honesty, dedication and consistent, high-quality service.  As my client, you will always be my top priority!

Putting clients first led to my winning a top client satisfaction award for Quebec in 2017, confirming that I was on the right track. My clients tell me that they value my commitment and dynamism.  This has allowed me to develop an excellent and extensive network of clients and professionals. As a result, I am able to offer my clients the high-quality services and support they are entitled to. Word of mouth travels fast and I depend on the goodwill of satisfied clients to extend my business.

My passion for, and familiarity with, real estate and home ownership are built on knowledge acquired through hands-on involvement in a variety of construction and renovation projects.  I regularly draw on this experience, and on my contacts, to help clients evaluate whatever changes they are considering performing on their property.

I get satisfaction from guiding clients through the twists and turns of the real estate process, ensuring the protection of their most important investment, whether it involves selling their property or buying their dream home. I also regularly undertake professional development training so I am able to translate my commitment to excellence into actions that benefit my clients.

On a more personal level, I believe strongly in giving back to my community.  This has long been an important part of my life. For three years, I organized an annual event for ‘’La Grande Guignolée des Médias’’.  This raised more than $67,000 and earned me two Caritas awards.  More recently, in December 2020, I helped launch a fundraising campaign among real estate brokers and the Chambre Immobilière de l’Outaouais (where I have been on the Board of Directors since 2018) for Centraide Outaouais to purchase 165 snowsuits for young children. And, what I am most proud of: in the midst of the pandemic lockdown, this past spring, I helped and encouraged my 9-year-old son to initiate his own fundraising campaign for our regional food bank, Moisson Outaouais, which resulted over $ 6700 of donations and in local, provincial and national attention, inspiring other children to get involved, and helping those in need.

Prior to embarking on my real estate career, I worked for seven years in the federal government in positions relating to administration, strategic and financial planning and human resources.  I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an Honours Degree in Psychology.
