About

Born and raised in Honolulu, Dale began her career in real estate in the late 1980s. After assisting many buyers and sellers on Oahu, Dale relocated to California for a short stint and returned to real estate in Hawaii in 2017. Dale’s approach to the practice of real estate is driven by her commitment to work hard and do the best job possible for her clients. The pride and passion Dale has for real estate and client satisfaction is reflected in the deep relationships she has created with her clients.
In the interim years between real estate, Dale has worked in distinct roles that have allowed her to grow into the professional she is today. Dale has and continues to work with a private company which purchases medical office buildings based out of Toronto, Canada. Through the years working with the organization Dale has honed her skills in negotiation, project management and communication between a wide variety of parties. Dale also held the position of Manager for a women’s handbag company with world-wide distribution. “The experience that I received through managing the operations, marketing and distributions of a brand was priceless,” explains Dale. “From working and juggling so many stakeholders and moving parts at once, I have learned the importance of clear, concise and respectful communication. I feel it is so important to client satisfaction for there to be effective communication, so I focus on this constantly.”
Dale was drawn to the exclusivity and global platform of the Engel & Völkers brand. “I am excited and honored to be a part of a network of like-minded professionals who utilize the latest technology to service the Hawaii real estate market,” says Dale. “Being so ingrained in the local community here in Hawaii, it is very important for me to work with an established, local company who also values family. You can tell everyone truly cares about each client.”
When Dale is not working with her clients, she enjoys spending time and trying new restaurants with her husband, friends and extended family. Dale has two rescue dogs that are her simple pride and joy. Dale also volunteers annually at the Great Aloha Run and provides ongoing support to Carole Kai Charities.
