About David

A Los Angeles native, David Bader comes from generations of  builders and architects. Growing up in the building business, David was exposed to various methods of construction, diverse styles of architecture, and the thought and detailed innovation involved in community development. He obtained his real estate sales license at 20 and his broker’s license at 23 becoming one of the youngest brokers in California at that time.

David went to work for Shapell Industries, where he had numerous responsibilities and ultimately sold over 1200 homes in their New Home Developments in Porter Ranch. Additionally, he was involved in the buyer pre-qualification process, redlined floor plans where he thought improvements could be made, critiqued exterior elevations and made suggestions based on current architectural trends. He assisted with the forward plotting of future phases, calculating how many of each home plan to build depending on their popularity, and was instrumental in the pricing and the finish packaging of these homes.

David’s love of homes and architecture led him to the home resale market in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Assisting people with their Real Estate Journey has allowed him the opportunity to work with smaller Real Estate Developers, Studio Heads, Writers, Professors, Attorneys and other Professionals who were either sophisticated in their knowledge of architecture or with David’s guidance just knew the right home when they saw it.

Whether you are new to the real estate market or are experienced sellers and buyers, you are in good hands with David.  He believes the buying and selling of a home is first and foremost about the people involved in the transaction. It is his guidance through the sale process and the skill to help solve problems by listening and advising that protects your best interest. He understands that buying and selling a home is not only one of life’s biggest events, but your home is also one of your most treasured possessions.
