Local Real Estate Expertise with a Global Reach: Engel & Völkers

Real estate has been a passion for Diana Blakeley since she was 25. She still loves the thrill of making a deal and having each client feel comfortable with the results. She has excelled year after year in selling the finest properties--from cottages to multi-million-dollar estates, land, and investment properties.

Her diverse experience in the industry gives her the knowledge and creativity to negotiate and consummate the most complicated transactions while maintaining the highest ethical standards and professionalism. Diana worked in residential resale and land acquisition in Orange County, and as a Broker Associate in Laguna Beach before moving to Sonoma County in 1997.

During the downturn of the 1990s, she audited real estate portfolios for Resolution Trust Corporation, followed by underwriting for North American Mortgage Company when she came to northern California.

Since 2000, she has represented two home-building projects in Healdsburg (Parkland Farms) and served as a Broker Associate at Frank Howard Allen in Santa Rosa before running her own brokerage for 15 years.

In addition to selling residential and vineyard properties, she has handled short sales and bank-owned properties. Her clients appreciate her professional integrity, commitment, persistence, and creativity. She understands the challenges of today’s real estate environment in California and helps her clients with her resourcefulness.

Diana is also active in her community. She is a member and founder/past president of the Wine Country Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. In 2004, she was awarded “Woman of the Year” by the Chapter. She is also a member of the Women Council of Realtors; of the California and National associations of Realtors; and a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI Designation).

Her latest goal is to establish “The Ryan Foundation” in memory of her son and make a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities.
