Heather Boesch has done something that only a small group of people in the world have accomplished. Heather has successfully climbed the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. At 19,341 feet, this dormant volcano is the highest mountain in Africa. Reaching the summit and returning to base in just 7 days is truly a testament to the perseverance and dedication that defines Heather.
As a Realtor for over the last 20 years, Heather has established herself as a top producer and area real estate expert. A strong work ethic, discerning eye, positive attitude and competitive spirit drive Heather Boesch each day to go above and beyond for her clients. She personally handles every aspect of each real estate transaction, guaranteeing her buyers and sellers the highest level of honesty, attention and discretion. Over 90% of Heather’s business is based on referrals, which is a testament to the superior level of service she provides for her clients. Heather specializes in all areas of residential real estate, from luxury properties to working with first-time home buyers.
Heather was born at Cape Canaveral Hospital and grew up in Brevard County. Her family moved to Satellite Beach in the 1960’s when her father, an engineer, began his life-long career in the space industry working on the Apollo missions. After attending University of Florida, Heather spent time working in various sales industries, gaining experience and knowledge in Public Relations, customer service, internet marketing and website sales. “My previous work experience taught me a lot about persistence, negotiating and the art of listening,” Heather said. “I know how to close a sale and the roller coaster ride of this industry doesn’t frighten me one bit.”
Heather purchased her very first home in Indialantic many years ago and is still proud to call Indialantic By the Sea her home today where she is raising her 14 year old son.
With a sense of adventure and a strong will to achieve, Heather Boesch always has a plan, and a back-up plan, two good items to have whether you’re selling real estate or climbing the world’s tallest mountains.
