Joan has realized her lifetime dream of living and selling homes on Cape Cod. Having vacationed here since she was a child, Joan always held the Cape and especially,Falmouth close to her heart. Her dad was born and raised here and shared his love for the Cape with his family. Joan taught music and theater in the Upstate NY area and then gravitated to sales as a Sales Executive for a publishing company. She sold advertising and designed several publications. Meanwhile, over the years. Joan and her husband, Brett owned several investment properties in Falmouth while living in New York. Those investment properties were Joan’s first voyage into real estate 20 years ago. Since then, Joan has been helping countless buyers and sellers attain their real estate dreams. Her confidence, knowledge and easy going nature, assures her clients of a “smooth sail” to the closing table.
