Having spent 30 years volunteering and promoting free education, her bi-lingual English and Spanish communication skills established deep personal connections with a broad spectrum of people. This work cultivated compassion and fueled a fire to help others realize their dreams. When adding in Maria is raising a precocious seven year old daughter, negotiation has become second nature.
In 2011, Maria launched her real estate career working as a buyer’s agent. Since that time, Maria has closed over $120,000,000 in real estate deals. She attributes this phenomenal achievement to gaining the needed confidence having associated herself with brokers that encouraged her growth.
