Real Estate Advisor
Michael has been a practicing and licensed realtor for the past 6+ years. In that time, he has worked with Keller Williams in Tustin, CA and Windermere Homes & Estates in Carlsbad Village. Along with real estate, Michael has also worked in the healthcare sector for the last 10 years, working for the country’s largest Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) by the name of OneLegacy that facilitated donation of qualified organs and tissue in the Southern California region.
Prior to starting his business career Michael was a collegiate baseball player at the University of La Verne. Immediately following graduation with his bachelors and his senior season, he earned the opportunity to continue his playing career in the Netherlands. He was a part of a Dutch baseball/softball club (Robur ’58) that brought him on to coach the young athletes and play with the adult club team. At that time, he was able to truly immerse himself in the European culture and backpack through most of Western Europe. It was the perfect way to end his baseball career and close that chapter of his life.
In 2017, he earned his MBA from the University of La Verne. After completing it, he and a team decided to start a senior Home Care business called Nurse Next Door. Their focus is to bring happiness back to the aging process by focusing on those few things that make their clients smile and give them the assistance they need to continue doing those things.
Since starting Nurse Next Door he’s seen a direct correlation with Senior care and real estate. Many of their clients ultimately need someone they can trust to help them age in place. With his knowledge and connections in this industry his clients can be assured that aging in place is an option for them. Whether that be using the equity in their home to help provide the extra care they will need in their later years or selling their home and moving into an assisted living community, he can give them proper guidance.
He is currently a resident of Oceanside, California, and says, “North County San Diego is an amazing place to live and is developing into a San Diego Hot Spot for real estate and tourism to our beautiful coastal cities. My favorite part about living in North County San Diego is enjoying the world’s best weather, which allows me more opportunities to participate in my favorite outdoor hobbies year-round.” He enjoys golfing, hiking/camping, and surfing. Michael has a very extroverted personality and really enjoys meeting new people. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to him, as he’s always happy to help in any way possible.
