Sandy sizzles when it comes to selling real estate. Sandy M. Kolosey, a Sonoma County resident since 1991, loves the grand variety and beauty of the region. From the west county farmland and Bodega Bay to the north and east county mountains, vineyards, she has sold it all. Many real estate transactions have included properties in Napa and Marin, as well.
Sandy lives in west Sonoma County, on a hilltop ranch, with westerly views to Bodega Bay. There with her husband, Mike and Weimaraner, Mia Simone, she hikes, photographs, appreciates her community and writes. Evenings and some Saturday, she can be found at the ball field with her son Michael, a local engineering contractor and her grandsons, Hunter and Travis. Cheering the boys on as they participate in baseball, basketball and football, is a duty and a delight.
Originally from New England, Sandy spent her high school years in the East Bay; Lafayette and Walnut Creek. At this young age, she became interested in real estate, home ownership and more. While in college and career planning, real estate became increasingly important. Becoming a Realtor 1996, after relocating to Sonoma, was a natural assumption.
In her earlier career, as a teacher and professor, Sandy focused on life style enhancement and personal excellence and continuous learning. Sandy holds advanced degrees, masters and doctorate, in education, psychology, organization, leadership and business. In business, her titles have included human resources director, community liaison, Realtor (1996) and real estate broker associate (2013). The minimum achievement is simply not good enough; Sandy has and will take the necessary steps to successful completion of transactions and making satisfying decisions for and with clients.
Sandy is adept at knowing what her clients need and want in a property sales and purchases.
