Sebastien Cordeau began his real estate career in 2009, combining his extensive sales expertise with a passion for home improvement projects. Prior to joining Engel & Völkers as a residential and commercial Broker and Realtor, he worked as a Sales and Business Development Representative at Sonepar, a global leader in the distribution of electrical and industrial solutions, and closed numerous luxury condominium transactions, with sales exceeding $125 million, for the McGill Real Estate Agency.
His background in sales and customer service honed his interpersonal and communication skills, as well as his ability to understand the needs and expectations of customers. Sebastien is committed to helping people through their real estate decision-making process and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Raised in a “real estate family”, he has renovated several homes with his father and brother, and owns investment properties in Montréal.
