Local Real Estate Expertise with a Global Reach: Engel & Völkers

Stefan Jezycki is a 23-year real estate sales veteran. His clients describe him as “The Locals’ Choice.” A consummate professional, he identifies his clients’ needs and negotiates strategically on their behalf, protecting their liability in every experience.

A native of Napa Valley, Stefan's knowledge of Wine Country's social, environmental, business, and planned development complements his wealth of real estate experience. He has more than 15 years in residential sales, investment properties, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and land development.

His commitment to the real estate community is nearly as strong as to his clients. He is a board member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors, and the Bay Area Real Estate Information Systems (BAREIS); a council member of the Napa Chapter of the North Bay Association of Realtors; an active member of the National Association of Realtors; and the assistant regional chair of the California Association of Realtors. He is also a graduate of the National Council of Residential Specialists.

Stefan's achievements as a Realtor have been recognized handsomely. He is the recipient of the Emerging Leaders award, multiple Top Producer distinctions, and a Top Agent Network member. His philanthropic loyalty is as commendable. He created the Off the Post International Soccer Ball recycling program; volunteered with Cycle for Sight; chaired the Napa Association of Realtors Blood Drive; is the vice president of the Napa Youth Soccer League; coaches youth sports; and is involved with neighborhood cleanup and feeding of the homeless through the nonprofit organization The Table.

Whether you are relocating to a new city, about to retire, or experiencing a change in family dynamics, Stefan will cater to your quality of life as your Realtor. His zest for providing the best experience as a real estate professional is evident in his track record, but more importantly, how he handles your real estate transactions.
