Prior to taking on a professional real estate career, James followed his passion for food and attended San Francisco's California Culinary Academy. James honed his skills with the likes of Paula LeDuc, The Fifth Floor, Walt Disney World, and as a private chef aboard a yacht for wealthy clients.
