Local Real Estate Expertise with a Global Reach: Engel & Völkers

A resident of Atlanta for over twenty years, Kit currently resides in the historic neighborhood of Druid Hills with his wife, a partner at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn and Dial, and his daughter, a student at Fernbank Elementary.

Drawn to Druid Hills by its wide open green spaces and the historic architecture of its beautiful old estate homes, Kit is currently a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, and an active Board member of the Druid Hills Civic Association, where he chairs the Land Use and Historic Preservation Committee; working to preserve the historic architecture, and landscape architecture, of the only neighborhood in the South designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

Having lived and worked for over twenty years in Atlanta's Intown neighborhoods like Morningside, Virginia Highlands, and Druid Hills, Kit is intimately familiar with what these neighborhoods have to offer. To be close to the city, with all the attractions that it has to offer, and yet live in surroundings that have the intimacy, familiarity, and sense of community one might find in a town. To be able to take a stroll down tree lined sidewalks to a park or playground, your child's school, or to a creek tucked away in the woods just a few hundred yards from your house.

As an Advisor with Engel & Volkers Intown Atlanta, Kit is able to draw upon decades of local expertise and experience in Atlanta's intown real estate market with the international reputation and global marketing reach of one of the world's leading companies specializing in the brokerage of premium residential property.
