Amidst a challenging market and despite COVID-19, the global real estate brand reports business milestones, record-breaking sales and expansion in both existing and new markets in the Americas
Engel & Völkers Americas is pleased to report significant growth in Q1 2020 and anticipates a strong second half of the year. Amidst a challenging business climate and despite COVID-19, Engel & Völkers Americas has entered six new markets and grown by 15 shop locations. Additionally, Engel & Völkers launched its first yachting shop in the Americas, a new business unit, which opened in January.

Since January 2020, Engel & Völkers Americas has opened shop locations in six new markets: Tulsa, OK; St. Louis, MO; Highlands-Cashiers, NC; Bend, OR; Federal Way, WA; and, Casco Bay, ME. Other highlights include a record-breaking $15 million deal brokered and closed virtually by Lisa Robinson of Engel & Völkers Atlanta during the statewide stay at home orders, as well as a virtual Google Hangouts real estate launch event hosted by André Parisien of Engel & Völkers Tremblant, during which 21 condos were sold in one day, garnering $12.7 million in sales and 70% of the inventory in the exclusive Domaine du Géant project in Tremblant, Canada.
The brand has also received industry recognition in the form of several awards. Engel & Völkers Americas was named the Platinum Award Winner for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign by the Hermes Creative Awards, the Platinum Award Winner for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign by the Ava Digital Awards, and a finalist in the 2020 North American Sabre Awards in the category of Best Real Estate Campaign, recognizing superior achievement in branding, public relations, and engagement.
Engel & Völkers Americas reports that the company has retained the entirety of its Americas headquarters staff that supports its franchise network of 4,000 real estate professionals throughout more than 200 shops.
