Since its inception in 2019, Engel & Völkers Development Services has onboarded more than 150 designees, representing over 40 Engel & Völkers shops across the Americas alone. Since the start of 2022 alone, the Development Services team has completed a number of consulting assignments for a range of clients including developers, private individuals, and family offices. Projects included a property valuation that leveraged projected development costs, timelines and exit scenarios in order to facilitate the sale of an undeveloped 11-acre parcel near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Separately, the team studied the financial implications of various product types and densities for a 100+ acre legacy property in the northeast. Currently, the team is mapping out the vision, core values and programming for a walkable, mixed-use, 21st century community in the mid-atlantic United States.
