In keeping with consumer demand, the global real estate brand continues to strengthen its presence in resort markets across the country
Engel & Völkers today announced its newest real estate shop opening in Prior Lake, MN, led by license partners Geoffrey Bray and Lindsay Bacigalupo, and managing broker Jen Azure. Bray and Bacigalupo also serve as co-owners and license partners of the brand’s thriving Minneapolis shop locations, while Azure brings 16 years of real estate experience, including 11 years as a managing broker, to this role. Azure has led multiple successful real estate offices, all of which routinely executed more than 600 transactions per year. The newly established Engel & Völkers Prior Lake will service the markets of Prior Lake, Savage, Lakeville, Credit River, Shakopee, Eden Prairie and Brunsville, with specialized experience in lake and acreage properties that range from $800,000 to $5,000,000.00.
“Across the Americas we are seeing consumers reevaluate what is important to them in regards to where they want to live, what they are looking for in their homes and the lifestyle they want to lead,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “Prior Lake has emerged as a quiet enclave of luxury, affording residents more land and relaxed lakeside living, yet still accessible to Minneapolis. Given Geoff, Lindsay and Jen’s collective expertise in Minneapolis-area real estate, coupled with an unwavering focus on understanding and delivering for their clients, they have been and continue to be the ideal brand stewards to expand the Engel & Völkers presence here.”
Engel & Völkers Prior Lake will be located in the town’s quaint downtown area on Main Street, an area that is similarly populated by shops, boutiques, breweries and restaurants. From here, Azure and her team of experienced real estate advisors will help guide area homebuyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey with the highest levels of expertise and personalized service, whether clients are looking for a quiet lakefront retreat, rolling horse farm or a secluded home with extensive land.
“Prior Lake has grown into a luxury market over the past 15 years,” said Bacigalupo. “However, no brokerage has evolved in kind to service these properties and its clientele. And by this, I don’t just mean price point. Luxury is about the personalized service we provide. It’s about understanding each client’s distinct lifestyle and desires within the homebuying process and then putting our expertise into action in order to deliver on both the tangible and intangible aspects of their dream home. We live and breathe the iconic Engel & Völkers brand and have used it to grow our business in Minneapolis. Our clients know they’re going to receive the highest level of service and localized expertise when they walk through the doors of our shops. We’re looking forward to introducing a fresh, modern approach to real estate in Prior Lake. It is long overdue.”
