Global luxury real estate brand expands to Vaughan and King City

Engel & Völkers announces its latest expansion plans will see new shops opening in Vaughan and King City, known together as Engel & Völkers York Region. Under the leadership of Manuela Palermo, the shop will provide the brand’s signature service to home buyers and sellers across Aurora, King City, Kleinburg, Maple, Newmarket, Nobleton, Oak Ridges, Schomberg, Woodbridge, and Thornhill.

“Engel & Völkers’ expansion inside York Region builds on our brand’s growing presence in Ontario. York Region is home to established communities, new condo and townhome projects, and important estate and rural properties offering secluded living with large acreage,” says Anthony Hitt, president & CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “Manuela’s expertise will be an asset to buyers and sellers inside the region, providing the personalized service Engel & Völkers is known for.”

“I am thrilled to be partnering with Engel & Völkers to open shops in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and King City,” says Manuela Palermo, license partner, Engel & Völkers York Region. “We now have extended global reach and a full suite of new resources available to deliver unpresented service to home buyers and sellers in the York Region. It’s a matter of being the best version of ourselves as real estate professionals to provide the best experience for our clients.”

York Region is a booming regional municipality just north of Toronto with a growing downtown core of its own, known as Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The KPMG Tower anchors Vaughan’s growing city centre, home to a new TTC subway station built as part of Toronto’s Line 1 subway extension. Under construction is a central park with a grand lawn, large fountain and oversized pergola with curved paths linking together the different elements of this newly rising neighbourhood.

York Region is home to landmark amenities like Boyd Conservation Area, Canada’s Wonderland, David Dunlap Observatory, McMichael Canadian Art Collection and Kortright Centre.
