The global luxury real estate brand’s Live your luxury.™ campaign receives the highest recognition in prestigious international awards competition for excellence in marketing and communication
Engel & Völkers has been recognized in the 2021 MarCom Awards as a Platinum Winner in the category of Video/Film, Marketing Product or Service for its Live your luxury. ™ creative campaign. Originating as a video campaign to showcase the lifestyles associated with Engel & Völkers, each vignette was designed to give viewers distinct snapshots of today’s new, very personal meaning of luxury. The campaign was comprised of vignettes in four categories, City, Cottage/Lakefront, Equestrian/Rural, and Alpine, to showcase some of the key geographies and clientele serviced by the brand’s global network of real estate professionals. The campaign was extended beyond video to include a library of additional marketing assets, such as designed imagery for social media, Instagram reels, image library, B-roll footage, print ads/postcards, and email templates, as well as amplification via media partnerships with Condé Nast, The Globe and Mail and Wall Street Journal.
“As we set out to create a fresh, sophisticated campaign that would resonate with consumers, it was important to recognize that the idea of ‘luxury’ isn’t just reflected in a price tag when it comes to buying a home,” said Katelyn Castellano, senior vice president of marketing, Engel & Völkers Americas. “Rather, luxury is distinctly personal and means different things to different people, especially over the past two years. The MarCom Awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals and recognize the outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communications programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, public relations firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers, and winners are selected from over 300 categories in Print, Web, Video, and Strategic Communications.
