Newest location marks the global real estate brand’s fourth shop in the state of Washington

Engel & Völkers today announced its newest real estate shop location in Federal Way, WA, the brand’s fourth location in Washington state. The newly established Engel & Völkers Federal Way comes as the result of a partnership with Record Real Estate, a leading local brokerage founded by Mackenzie Record that specializes in servicing the South King County and North Pierce County residential real estate market. Record will serve as the shop’s license partner and managing broker, and Barbara Ronk will also serve as license partner, bringing more than 30 years of experience successfully managing a variety of businesses.

Record also brings with her a team of more than 20 experienced, top-producing area agents to service home buyers and sellers in the communities of Federal Way, DesMoines, Burien, Tukwila, Seatac, Renton, Issaquah, Maple Valley, Covington, Kent, Auburn, Lake Tapps, Bonney Lake, Summer, Enumclaw, Buckley, Edgewood, Milton, Fife, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Spanaway, and Lakewood.

“The Pacific Northwest is a key market in our expansion plans across the Americas, and we’re thrilled to open another shop in Washington,” said Anthony Hitt, president, and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “The area attracts residents from around the world, allowing our real estate advisors here to activate our global network to its fullest potential. Mackenzie and her team bring specialized market expertise and dedication to delivering the highest level of personalized client service, making them an instant fit within our network of other like-minded professionals.”

Engel & Völkers Federal Way is conveniently located midway between Seattle and Tacoma, at 2012 South 320th St. in Federal Way. The area draws residents globally as the headquarters for large companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Costco, Boeing, Alaska Air, Nordstrom, Pacaar, and Zillow, and the region is also known for its proximity to numerous landscapes and outdoor activities, from mountains, lakes, and forests, to coastline and ocean beaches.

“As we’ve seen in Seattle and Spokane, the presence of an Engel & Völkers shop will elevate our area’s entire real estate market,” said Record. “The brand provides a distinctly different and fresh approach to real estate,  where luxury isn’t defined by price point, but rather by a level of service, and we believe that all clients here in the Pacific Northwest deserve the highest level of personalized service. Engel & Völkers has the tools, marketing materials and global recognition that will enable us to deliver on that belief, enhancing our capabilities to serve our clients.”
