Tracy McLaughlin has joined luxury real estate firm Engel & Völkers in Marin County, CA, bringing an impressive real estate track record and a specialization in design, renovation, and staging to the brokerage.
“Tracy is known for being her clients’ biggest advocate, and that level of service is apparent in her production and recognition as a top real estate professional both in the Bay Area and nationally,” said Paul Benson, license partner of more than 30 Engel & Völkers locations.
“Her market expertise and unique approach to real estate greatly strengthen the Engel & Völkers footprint in Northern California.”
Previously with The Agency, McLaughlin has been ranked number 24 in sales nationwide (and number eight in California) by RealTrends + Tom Ferry’s The Thousand, was featured in Wall Street Journal in 2021, number 19 in the nation by transaction volume by Newsweek, as well as remaining the number one agent in Marin County since 2005. In 2021, she recorded approximately $416 million in sales volume. McLaughlin is also the author of the book Real Estate Rescue.
Along with this move, McLaughlin’s daughter, Whitney McLaughlin has joined Engel & Völkers Aspen as a real estate advisor.
“Joining Engel & Völkers provides me with access to an expansive global network that will help me better serve my clients and my community,” said McLaughlin. “The collaborative leadership and support will present more opportunities for my business and new offerings for my clients that I greatly look forward to leveraging. Personally, I’m also thrilled to work with my daughter under one brand and see her flourish as a real estate professional.”
