Over his 8-year career in Atlanta’s intown real estate market, Amir has established a well-earned reputation for consistently providing his clients with outstanding results on the buying and selling sides of every transaction. Due to a void in our cluttered real estate marketplace for effective showcasing of properties, Amir was inspired to join Engel & Völkers to invest in and provide to his sellers the latest industry tools that grab the attention of today’s homebuyers.

In 2012, Amir’s team received the award for the #3 Keller Williams Realty group in the world. In 2013, The Wall Street Journal named Amir’s team a Top 250 Real Estate group. Amir has significant experience managing over $40 million and 600+ closings of REO and distressed assets for clients such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), along with several national banks and asset managers.

While studying for his Economics degree, Amir was motivated to begin his career in Atlanta based on a desire to educate future homeowners on the strategies and principles related to buying a home, which are rarely provided in a clear and concise message. His passion to educate has continued throughout his career as he now teaches a monthly workshop to first-time home-buyers that outlines every facet of the sales process. “Educating and setting expectations for all parties involved in a transaction is important to the stability and success of our market and personal financial decisions.”

Amir enjoys spending his free time with his fiancé, exploring their Midtown neighborhood dining scene, biking, and staying involved through community service involvement such as serving as head coach of a little league basketball team since 2008.
