About Ann-Marie Shirley

While developing marketing campaigns with HGTV hosts for many years, I honed the skills critical to driving successful business in the real estate industry – curiosity, listening and strong research.
During my 30-year career in the advertising and marketing industry I worked with both small entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies to create successful campaigns and negotiate business ventures from $50,000 - $5million.  

While purchasing my current family home I realized it was time for me to come ‘home’ to the business of real estate and to put my finely developed listening, marketing and negotiating skills to work in this dynamic and exciting industry.  As a third generation of a real estate family doing business in Muskoka, Toronto and the Niagara region, this move was viewed by those closest to me as ‘about time’! 

On a personal note, I am also a first generation Canadian with Jamaican and Scottish roots and have lived in numerous homes throughout North America.  I understand well the personal and business importance of both finding and leaving a home, and the many factors that lead to making a real estate transaction a success from a client perspective.  My promise to you is that I will ensure your property will be marketed to the proper audience and that you will be well cared for throughout and after your journey to sell or buy your home.
