Britt-Lee comes to Engel & Völkers with a wide range of success and experience in client relations, sales and promotional marketing. As she currently concludes her college degree, Britt-Lee started her work career as an Insurance Claims Representative for Progressive Insurance, then was quickly recruited as an Assistant to Time Magazine Journalists where she was responsible for all aspects of scheduling, communications and event planning. From her proven efficiency there, she quickly moved on to Anthem Reporting where she mastered the skills of multi-tasking her numerous responsibilities that included the frenzied schedule and unexpected spontaneity of all court hearings, trial scheduling, depositions, court reporters, videographers, mediations, arbitrations and many other aspects of court related activity. Britt-Lee then decided to focus strictly on event marketing and promotions with ‘On the Mark Promotions.’ Within this vibrant marketing environment, Britt-Lee was able to very capably demonstrate her prowess for design and execution of in-store marketing for festivals and events. Here she was also brand ambassador for Corona Light’s biggest event, the Summer Solstice Event, where she consistently attained company sales goals with full capacity event participants. Concurrent with this experience, Britt-Lee also worked with Jaguar of Tampa where she was delegated the integral responsibility of managing client relations that included securing all service/sale feedback, problem resolution, scheduling sales and service appointments, client surveys, and all company communication related to maintaining/retaining positive and constructive client relationships. Here she once again demonstrated her tenacity and ‘knack’ for success by exceeding her client retention/acquisition goal of 80% and consistently meeting Jaguar/Range Rover consumer index scores that exceeded the minimum 70-75% for both local, regional and national dealerships.
Today, Britt-Lee is building on this foundation of experience to achieve her quest for entrepreneurial success as a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers. Her infectious enthusiasm along with a determined desire to succeed will serve her well with both buyers and sellers. Well versed in communication, presentation and administrative skills, Britt-Lee has those distinctive qualities and rich character for success.
