When I came on board a little over a year ago, one of my first projects I focused on was building up our social media presence. I remain dedicated to using those platforms to raise brand awareness, and connect with our local community.
I grew up in North County as a 6th generation Californian, with almost all of my family located within the San Diego area. After graduating from San Pasqual High School in Escondido, I completed my B.A. in Mathematics with a Minor in Spanish from San Diego State, and then obtained a teaching credential. I enjoyed a successful career for 8 years in the math department at Escondido High School before stepping back to take some time to focus on being an at-home mom for our two boys. .
During the time that I was working for EUHSD, I wrote and implemented a grant for technology in the classroom, developed curriculum, employed effective teaching strategies, coached other teachers, and was a part of several leadership teams. These and other skills, along with my local history, paired well with my natural gifts of event planning and hospitality to make me a perfect asset to the E&V Carlsbad team. .
Aside from creating content and managing our social media platforms, I’m also in charge of many of the details behind our community events and making the “vision” of our LPs come to life; and my teaching skills lend well to developing trainings on topics that are important in the real estate world. I enjoy working with our Advisors in a multitude of ways that supports them so they can go out and make connections, generate leads, and be successful!
My husband and I love to travel, and I look forward to visiting as many Engle & Völkers shops as I can all over the world!
