Nathan bought his first investment property at the age of 23 years old. After that, a spark was ignited and he began to fall in love with real estate. Today, he has over 5 investment/rental properties in the Houston area. As a native Houstonian, he has knowledge of our everchanging city from flood zones to opportunity zones. Nathan has found success as an investor and decided to get his real estate license, passing both National and State exams on his first attempt. He got his license for two reasons. First, he wanted to have control of the speed at which he expanded, marketed, and sold his properties. Second, Nathan has truly enjoyed real estate and believes that anyone who has an interest in it should be able to explore what it’s like. Nathan desires to give his clients his experience as an investor to alleviate their stress throughout the transaction process. He understands both the financial and emotional aspects of home ownership. Providing clarity with openness and honesty is of the highest priority.
