Tim is a fourth-generation Washingtonian and is passionate about what he considers the most beautiful city in the world. Having lived in over 15 locations in the DC Metropolitan area, Tim brings a unique perspective on the rich history and culture of so many neighborhoods.

Tim has almost ten years of experience in the real estate market as an investor and a proud REALTOR with a laser focus. Forever in search of opportunity, Tim recognizes the strategic timing of the DC Metro launch of the premier Engel & Völkers international brand and the explosive rise of Tysons as an internationally recognized city. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Tim spent most of his professional career in the health insurance industry and is consulted regularly for his knowledge of America's unique insurance market.

Tim has been a trusted advisor his entire career and has a commitment to the brand ethos of competence, exclusivity and passion. Having familial ties with the licensed owner, Julie Brodie, Tim has a lifetime commitment to the Engel & Völkers Tysons team.

When Tim can find time away from his beautiful wife Jacqueline and six daughters, he loves to travel to England to watch live his favorite sport of English Football (Soccer).
