Under the leadership of acclaimed area real estate veteran Jette Youngblood, the global real estate brand expands presence in Utah with the sixth shop opening in the state
Engel & Völkers today announced the opening of its newest real estate shop location in Logan, UT, led by license partner and managing broker Jette Youngblood. Youngblood began her real estate career in 1997 and in 2006 founded Youngblood Real Estate, a successful brokerage averaging 450 total closings per year. She was a part of Engel & Völkers Park City before opening Engel & Völkers Logan, and over the course of her esteemed career, has been named REALTOR® of the Year and received The Good Neighbor Award, the Hart Award and The Service Award from the Cache Valley REALTOR® Association. Youngblood and her team of 20 advisors will now do business as Engel & Völkers Logan, bringing the power and reach of the iconic global brand to homebuyers, sellers and real estate professionals in Northern Utah and Southeast Idaho.
“Logan offers tremendous real estate opportunities in a spectacular setting,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “As a beautiful college town and area rich with outdoor recreational opportunities, Logan is an ideal market to complement our existing shop locations in Park City and across the state, country and world. Jette’s experience with the Engel & Völkers brand, commitment to client service and unparalleled local expertise make her the ideal person to lead our presence in Logan.”
Logan is located at the foot of the Bear River Mountain Range and offers residents a 40-mile canyon for walking, biking and enjoying nature that leads to Bear Lake, locally known as the Rocky Mountain Caribbean for its azure waters. Outdoor enthusiasts have a wealth of options for enjoying Logan’s natural landscape, including fishing, biking, hiking, skiing and golfing. In addition to Bear Lake, residents are also close to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and Cache National Forest.
“Logan has so much to offer residents year-round,” said Youngblood. “Under the Engel & Völkers banner, we will be able to leverage the brand’s marketing, cutting-edge technology, advisor training, and global reach and reputation to draw in buyers from farther afield and ensure maximum exposure for our sellers. We have a fantastic team of local market experts whose abilities will be amplified thanks to the tools and resources now available at their fingertips. Having been a part of Engel & Völkers Park City, I know what a difference the network can make, and I’m excited to introduce a new level of sophistication to the buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals here in Logan.”
The Engel & Völkers Logan shop is centrally located in the heart of downtown Logan.
