Following several years of consistent growth and client satisfaction, Engel & Völkers Santa Monica will continue to operate under the global luxury real estate brand

Engel & Völkers announced today that its Santa Monica shop will be renewing with the brand for another ten years under the continued leadership of license partner Sandra Miller. Miller was the first owner to join the global real estate brand in California and has since established a thriving business specializing in servicing the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles markets.

“Sandra is a brand pioneer and has long been a leader within the Engel & Völkers global network,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas. “Her industry knowledge and expertise are unmatched. The decision to continue this partnership is truly a testament to the power of the Engel & Völkers brand and its resonance within the market, appealing to both consumers and real estate professionals alike. While we continue to grow into new markets, it’s equally important to maintain our presence in existing markets with industry leaders like Sandra.”

As part of Engel & Völkers, Miller has grown her real estate business and established a reputation within Los Angeles for delivering keen insight into the local market and top-quality service for her clients. She has extensive experience working with family offices on property acquisition and sales of residential and commercial properties, both in California and worldwide. Just recently, Miller notably sold the highly publicized Radius House in Venice, CA, which closed for $6.9 million.

“After many successful years building brand awareness in the Westside of the Los Angeles market, I couldn’t imagine selling under any other brand than Engel & Völkers,” said Miller. “When I first launched the business, my average price point came in at just under $1 million. Today my average price point is over $5 million and I’ve had many significant sales totaling over $1.5 billion. I am very proud of how far my team and I have come, and we’re excited to continue on this upward trajectory with Engel & Völkers.”

Miller also credits her decision to renew with Engel & Völkers to the brand’s global reputation for representing unique, design-forward and luxury properties. Miller and her team attribute the Engel & Völkers brand principles and global reach as part of their cultivated success in the Los Angeles market.

“West Los Angeles and Santa Monica embody a diverse community from around the world that seek out a more personalized approach to real estate,” added Miller. “This is just one of the many reasons why Engel & Völkers is such a great fit in the Westside community. Through the Engel & Völkers brand, our advisors have access to all of the tools they need to provide the highest quality of custom client service possible, as well as great marketing exposure for our clients within the global network. Our concierge approach to real estate really makes clients feel recognized, valued, and supported throughout the entire home buying and selling process.”
